Eljjays Place strives to provide a seamless experience. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Room Cancellations

• Standard Bookings: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund (minus administrative or transaction fees).

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of check-in will incur a penalty of one night’s stay.

• No-Shows: If a guest fails to arrive without notice, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

2. Spa and Facility Bookings

• Cancellations for Spa or Salon services must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

3. Non-Refundable Rates

• Special promotional rates or “Last Minute” deals may be designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

4. Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
